today i got a text from two minuets into the future, it was 4.54 by my phone but the text said 'did i miss a call from you? and my friends name and then the time 4.56. i was going to call back, but then i thought it might be some kind of time loop paradox, they would miss the call and then send the text or something.
this week me and tom had two practises, one in the practise space with Nat and Liam and Steve and today at toms house. it was very productive i think.

i have been reading revenge of the lawn, by richard brautigan. i havent been drawing very much.

yesterday i saw the cube programme back from the printers for the first time, it was ok but none of the drawings looked like they did when i drew them. vectors, curses.
oh well, its really a shame i didnt become organised enough to do the plan A, which was to have the programmes be mainly blank and hold lots of drawings events last weekend and this one and pass them out with everyones drawings on. maybe next year.

yesterday the here shop got the berliner ensamble thanks you all by marcle dzama, it is truly a wonderful thing.

i am listening to this.
i have been drawing chairs.

a few weeks ago i.k.i.h.n.c. played at the cube with casiotone for the painfully alone, it was very fun, although i think we talked a bit too much. we did a cover of dream operator by talking heads, from the film true stories. here is a video from youtube of Annie McEnroe singing from the movie. Sam jones was in bristol, not austrailia where he usually is, and played the bass with us.

Tom cops helped me make this website more than a month ago, and this is the first time ive written in the blog. the past month has been mostly taken up with packing boxes and bags and moving out of the flat we lived in in st pauls. this last week we went to paris to see francois and tender forever play at the pompidou center. here are some pictures of some things that were on my desk when i last had one. the first two pictures are from a paper thing i made the first month i was in ottawa, and the last picture is new cut out drawing
